Our trip to Casa Oceano was beyond amazing. The staff and owners have made sure that everything you need or want is there and every "t" is crossed and every "i" dotted to a tee! The rooms were great! Staff was exceptionally nice and accomadating. The pool and beach were out of a magazine...
I don't even have enough room to wax poetic about Casa Oceano. I loved every bit of it and our time in CR. Amazing Views; right on the beach; fab infinity pool...
We just returned from a vacation at Casa Oceano in Tango Mar Costa Rica. We stayed 4 nights at the beachfront house that could sleep 12. Everything about the house was fabulous. The staff was excellent...
My husband and I read about Casa Oceano on a luxury travel blog and decided to give it a try.
From the welcoming pina coladas to our final farewells to the staff, we all had a great time. Everything about the house, the staff and location exceeded our expectations. They even supplied free boogie boards and returned to light a bonfire for us one night. Wendy, the maid, did our laundry for us. We got the resort attention we wanted, and our privacy too!

The privacy of Tango Mar and the beach is a rare plus as well. Most beaches these days require one parent waiting with your personal things on the beach while the others swim. The beach and the water are clean and beautiful. We even spotted whales one day. Your Chef Sylvia is a sweetheart. Quiet, but very accommodating and never appears put out. Always helpful... a keeper.
Your Concierge Hans is also a special find. He clearly keeps the help in the house on point and all things around the house managed. He is good about checking in with the guests, but not being overly available.
Overall you should know that we loved the house and the beach. We will return and will recommend your home.

My sister, friends and I thank you for the privilege of being able to enjoy a week at Casa Oceano recently. Accommodations were great and your friendly staff exceptional -- very efficient, gracious and courteous. Hansel was the perfect host, Silvia made each meal a delicious experience and Wendy and Henry always greeted us with a smile.

A vacation with lifetime memories. The house, grounds, location and most of all the care that was given to us during our stay, will never ever be matched anywhere. Hansel, Wendy and Henry--all caretakers of Casa Oceano within Tango Mar resort, were exceptional when it came to service, answering questions, willing to do whatever we needed to make our stay even more outstanding.
From the kindness of their Christian hearts, their wilingness to attend to just anything needed, Hansel, Wendy and Henry saw to it that this family for 10, ranging from 8 years old to Papa of 68, each enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. My granddaughter after returning home cried the next morning when she woke up at her home in Tennessee because she would not be seeing Hansel,Wendy and Henry this day.
Thank you all--you hold your very own place in all our hearts. The house was fabulous, the front yard ocean and the view could not be matched. Grandchildren loved everything about it and the bon fire that Henry and Hansel did for us on the beach was another lifetime memory--the carved coconut was great too, Henry!! Thanks. We were greeted with a frozen marigrita made by chef Sylvia and till we had to bid farewell,we felt if we were in a wonderful, wonderful dream.

Hello Dale,
We just got back last night from our wonderful holiday at your house. Everything was perfect.....the staff, the food, the weather......
Our anniversary dinner turned out great. All the family members enjoyed the evening and the house.
The children loved the pool and spent half of their time there. I think if we had another week, the baby would have been swimming. The 4 year old still has some fears of the water, but she also made some great strides during the time she was there.
The staff, particularly Wendy, was always alert to the whereabouts of our 18 month old toddler. He was all over the pace and moving constantly. We always had one family member on "Emmett duty". A couple of times when he went running out front and to the steps, I was following, but still inside and Wendy was there immediately. I really appreciated knowing that all the staff were looking out for him.
I can't thank you enough for offering your house for rent. It is the perfect spot. We will be returning, for sure!
